• Guests: If you don't have a Vela Sailing Supply account, you can checkout as a guest. Enter your billing and shipping information, review your order and complete your purchase.

• Registered users: If you already have a Vela Sailing Supply account, log in for quick and easy checkout. All of your saved information will be filled in automatically. Simply review your order and complete your purchase.

Express checkout for registered users:
If you already have a Vela Sailing Supply account, are logged in to the site, and have specified default billing address, shipping address, and payment method, simply click "Express Checkout" and you'll move right to final order review. It's the quickest, easiest way to shop on Vela Sailing Supply!

Vela Sailing Supply accepts the following payment methods:

We also accept checks, money orders and international credit cards. You must enter your name, address and zip code exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please note that the billing address must be a valid address on record for the credit card used. This information is used as a part of the validation of your credit card. It's important that you include your phone number and email address in case we need to contact you about your order.

Prices, taxes & coupons:
• Prices: All prices are US Dollars. We have a strong price matching policy. If you find the same item on new conditions you have 30 days to provide us with the website offering it and we will be glad to match it for you. Some restrictions apply, as auction websites and clearance items do not qualify.

• Taxes: Sales Tax Information
Due to our operational location, we are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders delivered to Texas.

Order totals listed on your screen reflect estimated sales tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes and will be calculated at the time you checkout. Your actual tax total will include the correct local sales tax (if applicable). If you have any questions about the tax rate, please contact customerserviceteam@velasailingsupply.com.

•Coupons: Redeeming a coupon code:
• To redeem a valid Vela Sailing Supply online coupon, enter the code in the Apply Coupon area of the Check Out.
• You may only apply one or more coupons codes per order and you must meet the requirements of the coupons offer for the discount to appear.
• After you have entered the code and your billing information is complete, click "Apply", and the coupon offer will be reflected in your order summary.
• If you would rather use a different coupon, simply enter another coupon code and click "Apply". In most cases, this action will override and replace the coupon discount with the updated discount.

Direct Factory Shipments (Drop Ship):
Items shipped directly from the supplier/manufacturer will be billed at the time of order, sometimes (rarely) it may incur an additional service fee imposed by the supplier, and may also incur sales tax if the supplier operates a business in your state. Shipping charges from the supplier's location may apply for these drop-shipped items.
