      The product is fine except they didn't have the original item I ordered in the color I wanted. It was on back order. They offered to give me the black one at the same price which was very nice but this was a gift and I was hesitant to accept the alternate color. I was assured that I could return it if needed. The only part they left out was that I would be charged shipping back to me to exchange for the original color of my order. This item weighs hardly anything and is smaller than 2" and the shipping cost I will be charged is $8.95. Not to mention my cost to send the black one back to them. I find this extremely unacceptable and poor customer service. I will think twice before ordering from Vela in the future.
